This Brookline project combined a full bathroom upgrade with custom closet improvements and broader unit-level finish work. In the bathroom, the existing bathtub, sink, toilet, mirror, lighting fixture, and wall/floor tile were removed, followed by new plumbing and electrical rough work and installation of a new bathroom fan.
The renovation continued with installation of finishing fixtures and customer-provided materials, plus full bathroom preparation and paint. In parallel, the laundry area was reworked by removing the washer and dryer setup, cabinet, and floor tile, then integrating the updated layout with a new laundry closet door.
Beyond the bathroom scope, the project included extending and reorganizing closets in the primary and guest bedrooms with custom shelving, installing recessed and closet lighting, adding outlets in the guest bedroom, replacing interior door hardware, installing window sills, painting unit walls and trim, painting doors, and refinishing hardwood floors. The final result is a coordinated upgrade that improved bathroom performance while also increasing storage, lighting, and overall interior finish quality throughout the unit.
