Window & Bathroom Renovation

This project focused on enhancing both the exterior curb appeal and interior comfort of this charming home. Our comprehensive approach included significant window replacements, bathroom modernization, and thoughtful exterior improvements that transformed the property’s overall appearance and functionality.

We began with a complete window replacement project, installing new Harvey windows throughout the front porch area and upper level, including custom triple and double window configurations. Each installation included proper windowsills and trim work to ensure a polished, professional finish that enhances the home’s architectural character.

The bathroom renovation was a complete transformation, featuring a modern TOTO toilet, elegant white vanity with cultured marble top, contemporary brushed nickel fixtures, and new flooring using Marmoleum Splash 3428 Seashell (an eco-friendly flooring). We also upgraded the lighting and ventilation systems while giving the entire space fresh paint and updated trim work.

Exterior improvements included professional painting of the front porch floor, entrance and French doors, and all window trims. We also addressed practical concerns with gutter repairs and mudroom preparation and painting. Every aspect of the project was executed with attention to detail, ensuring both immediate visual impact and long-term durability.
