The project began when the clients realized that they had a kitchen of large footage but low use of space and no use of natural light. They decided to look for our company to make this dream come true. The renovation process was planned in detail over several weeks. The planning done first on paper being designed to meet all the customer’s needs. High quality materials were selected from cabinets, modern appliances and elegant countertops. Throughout the process, the team worked closely with the client to ensure every detail and part of the project met their expectations, from the layout to the finishing touches.
The renovation significantly transformed the kitchen, modernizing the space and optimizing its functionality. The upper cabinets have been replaced, giving them a fresh, uniform white look with minimalistic handles. – Open shelving was added, which brings a more contemporary aesthetic, as it showcases kitchenware and books, giving a personalized touch while adding storage space. The countertops were replaced with polished granite or marble, which gives a luxurious, modern feel. – The backsplash has been modernized with patterned tiles, adding a subtle texture and visual interest without being overwhelming. The stainless steel fridge stands out, an upgrade to modern appliances. It complements the rest of the kitchen’s sleek look. Pendant lights were installed over the kitchen island, contributing to a modern, clean ambiance. Their placement adds focus to the island while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen adopts a bright, neutral color palette dominated by whites and soft grays. This helps make the space feel more open, clean, and inviting, essential in modern design. Handles and fixtures have been updated to a more modern, brushed brass finish, providing a subtle touch of elegance. Lastly, the open wooden shelves add warmth and texture, breaking the monotony of the white cabinets and giving an opportunity to display decorative and functional items.
The transformation of the kitchen was significant and impacted the owner’s daily life. The new design brought larger storage capacity and use space, making the kitchen highly more functional. The modernization of this environment made the kitchen go from an environment of little socialization due to lack of space and light to a cozy and socializing environment, not only meeting but exceeding your expectations of the customer.
