Bathroom Upgrades

Work Done

  • Full demolition
  • Plumbing upgrades
  • Electrical upgrades
  • Walk-in shower
  • Tile installation
  • Vanity and toilet
  • Paint and trim

This bathroom upgrade was planned as a full refresh of the room layout, finishes, and core systems. The existing tub, vanity, toilet, floor, linen closet walls, and privacy wall were removed to open the space and prepare for a more functional design.

From there, the project moved through full plumbing and electrical rough-ins, followed by finish work. We installed a new walk-in shower assembly, including cement board and a moisture barrier, then tiled the shower walls to the ceiling for a clean, durable finish. New floor tile, a 48-inch vanity, a recessed medicine cabinet, and a new toilet completed the main fixture package.

To finish the room, we primed and painted the ceiling, walls, and trim, installed bathroom accessories, and replaced the bathroom door hardware. The result is a brighter, more efficient bathroom with updated materials and a layout that better supports everyday use.
