This project began when the client realized that his kitchen was being poorly functional and inefficient on a daily basis. The dark environment and few closets and the lack of counters was not functional in the daily life of this family. The renovation process was planned in detail over several weeks. The planning done first on paper being designed to meet all the customer’s needs for both updates to the kitchen and bathroom. High quality materials were selected from cabinets, modern appliances and elegant countertops. Throughout the process, the team worked closely with the client to ensure every detail and part of the project met their expectations, from the layout to the finishing touches.

Both mirrors were replaced. The new mirrors have a modern, sleek design, adding a fresh and clean look to the space. The old shower heads were replaced with newer, more modern fixtures. These updates likely improve functionality and match the overall modern aesthetic. Finally, the lighting near the mirror has been updated in both of the bathrooms, with a more modern fixture or style to complement the other upgrades. The overall changes contribute to a cleaner, more contemporary look for both bathrooms.

For the kitchen, new cabinetry with a modern, minimalist design has been installed. The clean lines and neutral color scheme give the kitchen a fresh, updated look, with ample storage that optimizes the use of space. It now also features stainless steel appliances, including a modern gas stove and a sleek, wall-mounted microwave. These high-quality appliances likely provide better efficiency and performance compared to older models. A new, durable countertop was added, giving the kitchen a sleek, polished finish. The countertops create a functional workspace and contribute to the modern aesthetic. Lastly, the kitchen lighting has been updated, with pendant lighting above the island and recessed lighting in the ceiling. This enhances both the functionality and the overall design, making the space feel brighter and more inviting.

Difference made to the clients: The new, modern kitchen enhances daily efficiency with updated appliances that likely provide better energy use, performance, and ease of cleaning and the new cabinetry and layout maximize storage and functionality, reducing clutter and making the space more organized. Aesthetically, the clean and contemporary design creates a more enjoyable and inviting atmosphere for cooking and hosting guests.
